Some Wierd Things

Attorney General Merritt Garland holds that a person who is running for President shall not be investigated or charged with or of a crime.  This declaration was shortly followed by speculation that Donald Trump would shortly declare that he was running or President in 2024, and therefore be free from investigation or charge of a crime.

This fits nicely with Tromp's declaration that he could shoot someone 5th Avenue and get away with it.  Tromp shoots someone while running for president, and Garland will refuse to investigate or prosecute.
