Golden Rule

Golden Rule:
1.   Do unto others as you would have others do unto you.

2.   What you have done to the least of my brethren, you have done to me.

3.  Do not do to others what you would not have done to yourself.

4.  What you do to others will be done to you.

5.   Justice is between equals.  Interacting with each other through a system of rules that are known to and agreed upon by all parties to the interaction.

6.   The way you treat one person is the way you treat any other person.

A.   What if the other person is a stranger who has evil intentions toward me?

I.   Most people in society believe in and practice good social behavior because they know that if all people in society act in a good and proper way, seeking to promote the social good, then all of society will prosper.

7.   All others are my equals.

8.   Love others as you love yourself.

II.  An experiment:  (1)  Here is a catalog of gifts.  (2)  Choose one of three options for getting that gift:  (a)   I, a stranger, will choose the gift that your are going to get, or (b)  you get to choose from the catalog yourself, or (c) someone who knows you very, extremely, intimately well and who loves your dearly will choose the gift.

9.   "I am not free until all my brothers and sisters are free."

10. "An injury to one is an injury to all."

11. "All for one and one for all."

12.
